Konkel Women Empowerment (Motto Goalat)
Konkel Women Empowerment Association is created to empower women who find it hard to get employment opportunities to sustain their lives. Self-reliance among women is the main goal of this program. “Konkel” means together. It is a local word driven from the Nuer language that means “together”. This name is adopted to encourage women so that they realize how important it is to be one another’s keepers and working together means they can be anything and do anything under the unity of purpose.
Youth Mental Health
Kondial Kel International focuses on topics centered around uniting the community to improve our youth's mental well-being. We aim to educate & empower our youth by providing opportunities for them to deepen their connection with themselves & one another. “You Good” is a retreat designed to give our kids tools to navigate their mental health challenges together.
We offer an opportunity for youth to safely share struggles & other life experiences through workshops, meditation, yoga, dance, conversation, and a shared meal, empowering our youth to recognize the signs of suicide and to reach out for help when they need it.

Financial Literacy & Entrepreneur Mentorship
The gender gap in financial literacy transcends national borders, especially among the New American communities. We provide classes and we partner with many other organizations.
Mentors can be key to your business's success by giving you insights from those who did it before you. You'll receive guidance based on real-world experience, connections to other advisors, and physical resources from your mentors to aid in your development: -Women from the New American community -All are welcome to attend the classes
